We would like to inform you that you can manually update your device in Android Marshmallo version from our official website: http://consumer.huawei.com/in/support/downloads/index.htm

To update your device in Android Marshmallo version, kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

* Go to http://consumer.huawei.com/in/support/downloads/index.htm
* Software > download honor 4C - Android 6.0, EMUI 4.0
* Unzip the zip file (Device/ PC)
* Open "Software" folder and copy "dload" folder
* Paste "dload" folder in your SD card
* Insert SD card in your device
* Switch OFF the device and press (power button + volume up + volume down) buttons simultaneously for 10 to 15 seconds
* Installing starts automatically

Kindly take a backup of the phone contacts to the SIM card. If the phone supports memory card, take a backup of contacts, messages, images, clips and all relevant data to Memory Card or to PC.
Backup can be taken, provided the phone is in “Power ON” condition.
